Due to the nature of the products we sell, our return policy is designed to be straightforward and reliable, in accordance with global standards and regulations. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
We understand that sometimes products may be defective or incorrect upon arrival. However, due to health and safety regulations surrounding pharmaceutical products, we have specific guidelines for returns:
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange.
Incorrect Products: If we have sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for an exchange or refund, depending on your preference and the availability of the correct product.
Unopened, Sealed Products: If the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, a return may be considered, but it is subject to approval based on the specific circumstances.
Note: Pharmaceutical products that have been opened or tampered with cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our business and the regulations surrounding pharmaceutical items, certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Prescription medications: We do not accept returns for prescription-based products unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Opened or used products: Once a product has been opened, used, or altered, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Custom orders or special products: Items that have been custom ordered or made to your specifications are not eligible for returns.
3. Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact Us:
- Email us at support@ameridrugs.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, product details, and a description of the issue (e.g., defective, incorrect, or damaged).
Return Authorization:
- Upon reviewing your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Please note that items returned without an RA number will not be processed.
Packaging and Shipping:
- Ensure the item is properly packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipping process.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the product meets the return criteria, we will proceed with the exchange or refund process.
- Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement product once the returned item is processed.
4. Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
Customer-Requested Returns: If the return is due to reasons other than defective or incorrect products (such as a change of mind), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
International Returns: For international customers (USA, UK, Australia, UAE, Europe, etc.), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued based on the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, or if an exchange is not possible.
- Processing Time: Once your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Partial Refunds: If a product is returned used or damaged (other than through our fault), we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement product. In cases where the replacement is out of stock, we will offer a refund or the option to select an alternative product.
7. Terms for International Orders
We ship pharmaceutical products worldwide, including to the USA, UK, Australia, UAE, and European countries. Please be aware of the following:
- Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the price of the product or shipping charges.
- Import Restrictions: Some pharmaceutical products may have import restrictions depending on the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products they order are allowed into their country.
